The gym I go to has monkey bars. Since I’ve been going to this gym, I always looked at them wondering if I could still “walk” across them with my hands like I used to do as a kid on the playground.

Well, fast forward 6 months since joining the gym, I still hadn’t put myself to the test (because of failing, if I’m honest), but today was the day to try it.

I failed.

There are 38 rungs. I got to 10 of them and fell off. Just not strong and fast enough.

So, the goal is by this time next month (7/2/2022) is to traverse all 38 rungs!

That’s the goal and I WILL do it.

I’ll report back on this in a month.

(update: this goal was achieved on June 21!)
