“I built a non-punishing, sustainable-for-life system centered on Personal Charges, Workout Challenges, and 90-day Lifestyle Modifications—because discipline only works if you can live it.

The result: the strongest body and clearest mind of my life.

Now I help others get in the best shape—and state—of their lives without burnout or extremes.”

What makes The Arena Disciplina different?

Back in early 1900's, a Harvard psychologist named William James wrote an essay entitled "The Energies of Men."
James' essay asserts and observes that "the human individual lives usually far within his limits; he possesses powers of various sorts which he habitually fails to use. He energizes below his maximum, and behaves below his optimum.
James goes on to say, "compared with what we ought to be, we are only half awake. Our fires are damped, our drafts are checked. We are making use of only a small part of our possible mental and physical resources."
